RENT - Generally, housing associations rent homes to people in housing need. Successful applicants become a tenant of and pay rent to the housing association.

SHARED OWNERSHIP - Shared ownership helps people who cannot afford to buy a home outright. Through shared ownership you buy a share of the property and pay rent to the housing association on the remaining share you do not own.

WHEELCHAIR - Homes that have been specifically built or adapted for use by people in wheelchairs. Homes provided for client groups with specific needs such as the elderly requiring warden support.

SUPPORTED - People with alcohol or drug related problems, people with AIDs or HIV, the homeless, people with mental health problems, vulnerable women with babies and women at risk from domestic violence.
