I'm not building this site as part of any organisation, as I can't get any support for an issue that's so popular (sic). I'm building it in my spare time on my own, out of my own pocket when I can afford to do so. I don't have time to answer questions or give advice generally. I'll try and answer e-mails or letters when I have time.

I work normal office hours during the day on all weekdays.

I trained as a General Adviser and debt Advice Specialist with Bedford Citizens Advice Bureau, where I volunteered (as the General Adviser) and was part time (and later full time) employed (as a Debt specialist) between April 2003 - Nov 2010.
I'm currently unemployed doing this site out of my own pocket in my spare time.
