All you need to do is to send an email by clicking email BDR entry 2007 and type in the following details

• Forename
• Surname
• Date of birth
• Place of residence
• Postcode
• Team name if you are a member of a team
• A letter corresponding to your run category (from the table below)
• The words "Read and accept waver" PLEASE only pay by a cheque in the post, address with confirmation email.

  K Female 18 – 34 Women’s Open	L Female Under 18 Young Ladies	M Female Under 16 Senior Girls
  N Female Under 13 Intermediate Girls	P Female Under 10 Junior Girls

  WAVER I agree that neither the organisers, nor any of the landowners over whose land this event is run nor anyone associated with the event will be held responsible for any injury, loss or illness to my person or property as a result of my entering the Boxing Day Run. I further declare that I will not compete unless I am in good health on the day of the Run and that I compete at my own risk. I understand this waiver and agree to it
