These plans include a revision to the 3-storey flats and parking previously approved in 2005 (04/P/01779), but now includes a large retail unit in place of nos. 124 & 126 Worplesdon Road. All this surrounding an existing residential house at no. 128.     There are 15 parking spaces reserved for 14 apartments, which will generate parking on New Cross Road and possibly Worplesdon Road.
