These plans include a revision to the 3-storey flats and parking previously approved in 2005 (04/P/01779), but now includes a large retail unit in place of nos. 124 & 126 Worplesdon Road. All this surrounding an existing residential house at no. 128.     There are 15 parking spaces reserved for 14 apartments, which will generate parking on New Cross Road and possibly Worplesdon Road.

Fairfield Lodge, 06/P/2262 Fairfield Rise, Westborough, GU2 8ZA Revision to 05/P/2202 approved 22/05/06 for erection of 20 houses with ancillary parking and landscaping, comprising redesign of unit 8, to provide accommodation within the roofspace incorporating front dormer window and rooflights to front and side elevations and creation of ground floor bay window at rear, and addition of rooflights to unit 1,6,7 and 16.
