[Registered 23/08/2006]  Additional plans received by GBC 07/09/07.  13 units are affordable.  55 parking spaces.  Outline planning permission 06/P/01476 was granted 09/Oct/06, therefore it is not possible to change the outline plans but only the detail.  Approved 22/11/07.  See Officers Report.

06/P/01476 - Outline application for the erection of 36 dwellings (2 one bedroom flats, 9 two bedroom flats, 4 two bedroom houses, 12 three bedroom houses and 9 four bedroom houses), car parking, childrens play area, landscaping, internal access road and an improved access onto Keens Lane, construction of a footpath to the south side of Keens Lane, following demolition of all existing buildings. [Registered 10/07/2006] This was a resubmission of the previous application.  SCA wrongly assumed it would be withdrawn because of the planning moratorium for the SPA avoidance strategy.  The strategy was approved 22nd Sept '06, and this application was then approved on 09th Oct '06 under 'delegated control' by planning officers without going to committee because there were less than 10 objections (only 6).

05/P/01340 - Outline application for the erection of 38 dwellings (4 one bedroom flats, 9 two bedroom flats, 4 two bedroom houses, 13 three bedroom houses and 8 four bedroom houses), car parking, childrens play area, landscaping, internal access road and an improved access onto Keens Lane following demolition of all existing buildings. (as amended by plans received 28/09/05) (Antler Homes plc) [Registered 05/07/2005]  - Site currently occupied by T&R Generators Ltd., 81 Keens Lane.  Application had 17 objections.  Application refused 16/Feb/06.   See Officers Report Went to appeal APP/Y3615/A/06/2014312 withdrawn 08/11/06.
