Outline planning permission 06/P/01476 was granted 09/Oct/06, therefore it is not possible to change the outline plans but only the detail. Approved 22/11/07. See Officers Report.

[Registered 10/07/2006] This was a resubmission of the previous application. SCA wrongly assumed it would be withdrawn because of the planning moratorium for the SPA avoidance strategy. The strategy was approved 22nd Sept '06, and this application was then approved on 09th Oct '06 under 'delegated control' by planning officers without going to committee because there were less than 10 objections (only 6).
