Mapping of Latin consonantal characters to Unicode

N.B.
1. The underline U+0331 (combining macron below), whether in precomposed characters (where Unicode defines it as U+0331) or in composite characters as above, is preferably to be rendered with variable length, covering most of the character but not connecting on the left or right.
2. The underline in
(Titlecase, 004B + 200D + 0068 + 0031) is intended to be unbroken. The Unicode mappings given here for these three characters is not normative, so other approaches may be used if desired.
