Ram File Creation
To create Ram files first navigate to the folder where you have stored your RM clips using the directory tree.
When a folder is selected the contents of the folders will be displayed in the Available media window. The directory tree can be refreshed via it's menu, available by right clicking.

Media available in the selected folder

Once you have found your clips you can select which ones to include in your presentation by adding them to the Presentation playlist
For single selections this is accomplished by either double clicking an item in the media window or  right clicking and selecting 'Add to playlist'. To add all the RM clips to the playlist right click  and select 'Add all to playlist'. Only RM clips can be added to the playlist window, Ram files are ignored.  You cannot add the same clips twice, i could not see the point in having this functionality.  If you want to remove clips from the playlist then double click the item/s.  You can add clips from, many different locations to the playlist. However you must always bear in mind that,  these clips are only used to compile the playlists and that the URL you specify in the Ram file as the location,  may not, of course, necessarily be the same as the location you compile them from (doh!).
Selected media in the playlist

Once you have all the clips you want in the presentation assembled in the playlist media window you can go on to  create your Ram files. You have two options: either create one ram file that points to all the clips or  a Ram file for each clip. You will be given the option of deciding where you want to store the Ram files.  If you create just one file for the clips in the playlist then you will also be given the option of naming this file.  If you create a Ram file for each clip the Ram file will be automatically named to the filename of the clip it points to.  Ram files are only displayed in the presentation media window.  Once you have some Ram files you can use the other tools provided to create Html Templates pages with links either in text or button form.
