Prices vary depending on your specific requirements. To give you an idea, here is what we usually charge for the following services

Advertising

Membership to Holiday Rentals and Holiday Lettings is charged anually. Click the links for current pricelists. We will also advertise your villa on Villarenters who charge 10% commission on the total cost of each booking they generate.

Website

We usually charge £600 for the entire website and this includes the writing of content based on the facilities and location of your villa. We will need some excellent photographs in order to market your villa as poor photographs will result in fewer bookings. A photograph of the pool looking towards the villa is usually a good idea - we are able to take photographs for you in the Costa Blanca area only.

Management

Keeping on top of bookings and updating the website and adverts is charged at 10% commission of the total cost of every booking. For villarenters bookings (who already take 10% for themselves) an additional 10% will be charged on the total price.
