Set within a private complex, this recently built two floor apartment is stylishly furnished and has three bedrooms. There is a large shared swimming pool, a separate children’s pool, shower, toilet and changing facilities on site, for safety and peace of mind, access to this area is via a secure gate.
Lounge and dining area
The dining area seats six, and is furnished with a light oak dining table and leather upholstered chairs. The spacious lounge is equipped with comfortable seating, coffee tables, floor and table lamps. Entertainment facilities provided include a DVD/CD/radio player, television and satellite receiver, an assortment of books, board games and a selection of dvd’s are also available. French doors lead to a large terrace overlooking the pools and garden, the area is well lit at night and is ideal for alfresco dining and relaxing.
Kitchen
In the fully fitted kitchen you will find ample crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils, there is also a dishwasher to take away the ‘burden’ when eating in. Laundry facilities and a freezer are located in the utility room just off the kitchen, where you will also find an electric iron, ironing board, clothes airer.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
There are two bedrooms on the lower level of the apartment, one of which has a double bed, bedside tables and reading lamps. The second bedroom has twin beds, bedside tables and reading lamps and fitted wardrobes with storage. The second bathroom also located on this floor, has a large bath with a flexible shower above. The master en suite bedroom is furnished with a kingsize four poster bed, bedside tables, reading lamps, and fitted wardrobes with plenty of storage space. There is a vanity area with 'his & hers' washbasins, large mirrors and storage space. The en suite contains a full-size bath with overhead shower, toilet and bidet. This bedroom also has its own private terrace overlooking the gardens and pool area.

The apartment has an air conditioning/heating. Childcare equipment can be hired at a reasonable fee, please enquire for details.
All bed linen, towels and bath robes are provided. Beach towels are not supplied and we request that bath towels are not used outside. If you require a mid stay clean this is at a charge of €65. A change of towels and bed linen is charged at €10 per person, to be paid on booking.
