If you would like to make a donation to the appeal, send a
cheque payable to the Pink Rose Appeal to: Pink Rose Appeal, Diana
Princess of Wales Hospital, Scartho Road, Grimsby, N E Lincs, DN33 2BA. Alternatively,
donations can be made at Natwest branches in Grimsby,
Cleethorpes, Scunthorpe and Goole. Business sponsorship of rooms, furniture and equipment in the new unit is also welcome. For further details,

CLAIM GIFT AID!
Gift Aid is a tax relief for cash gifts to UK charities
and Community Amateur Sports Clubs. If you have paid UK income tax greater
than your donation and complete a declaration for us we can reclaim 28p in the
pound (making a £1 donation worth £1.28 to us). If you pay tax at 40% you are
entitled to tax relief! If you are 65 or over your gift aid payments could reduce
your tax bill. If you wish the appeal to benefit from this scheme, please click on and
