The Peoples' Tenor

. . . the best session guy in the world – probably.

Home Up

November and December 2002 were taken up with Russell Watson's Arena tour.

Having worked on Russell's last album, REPRISE, it was terrific to get the chance to do it live, with Russell, his band and the Royal Philarmonic Orchestra. What a treat.

An added bonus was to share the stage with Kate, my eldest daughter (definitely a "chip off the old block"), who with her pals, Anoushka, Chloe, Holly and the young ladies of the St. Winifred's School Choir, joined us for a rendition of Mike Rutherford & B.A. Robertson's "Living Years". There wasn't a dry eye in the house.

Other dates in April/May 2003 included Wembley Arena, Birmingham NIA, Bournmouth and Glasgow SECC.
