*What is a podcast?
A) It is a sound file that you can either open and listen to now on your computer simply by left clicking the link button or download by right clicking and selecting 'save target as or 'save link as'
* Why is there a download option?
A The ipod and MP3 player generation prefer to download programmes and files on to their players so that they can listen at their own leisure.
But download means that you can also listen on your computer at a later time or save the file so others may listen as well. If you wish to download the podcast remember which file you have saved it to on your computer. It will open with windows media player or your preferred mp3 player such as 'real' etc.
