Mission Statement

There is no 'I' in team

The manager and Assistant will always do our best to coach each player to the best of his ability to improve their game

Most of the players have at least two positions in which they can play, this is not always the players own preferred positions but is also achieved by way of continual training and match assessments by the manager & Asst.  This allows for flexibility during matches to allow for changes to be  made either tactically or through injury.

It is the managers aim to always put out his 'best' team and this means that substitutes will not be played just to give them a game, However in most games all substitutes will usually be used. We do not employ a squad rotation system. However, throughout the season and the summer we play various friendlies and tournaments where players who have not had as much match experience will get a game.

We believe that whatever part of a match you play whether it be the full game or ten minutes then you have contributed to the game and the result for the team

We currently have one vacancy for  a player - please email us for details
