I didn't have to think to hard for this one ,being born in Derby was all I needed to make me a Rams fan. Unfortunately my parents emigrated down south in 1978 when I was a mere 12 years old - much to my disgust.
For much of the eighties football took a back seat as it was difficult to get much info on the Rams ,just had to make do with the scraps that were printed in the papers, which were few and far between.
I always looked for results and experienced the highs and lows that went them
The nineties became a lot easier ,now with Teletext , Sky and where we are now with the internet . I manage 2 to 4 games a season plus the live games on Sky , so a vast improvement on the dismal Ramless eighties !
