DAWN IS BUFFY - BUFFY IS DAWN
Dawn was first introduced in "Buffy vs. Dracula," and began as the little sister Buffy supposedly always had. As revealed in "No Place Like Home," Dawn is a collection of energy brought together in human form and known as the "Key". Monks sent her to Buffy in the form of a sister to ensure the best possible chance that the Key would be protected by those who want her power. She is the catalyst which could open the portals to hell. Living on a Hellmouth with your sister being a vampire slayer hardly equals a normal life. Ever since Buffy found out that Dawn was not really her sister, she has been extra careful to protect Dawn from any potential danger. Glory, who is a God from Hell, finds out about Dawn and uses her to bring chaos to the world but Buffy saves her and the world. Buffy found out from the First Slayer that Dawn was made using a part of her. She gives her life as a gift to save Dawn and the world. But is Buffy really dead?
