CPPTD help Portsmouth FC bring the FA Cup to the crowds at Southsea on 18th May 2008:

Portsmouth Football Club celebrated its FA Cup victory on Saturday 17th May with a victory parade through Portsmouth the following day. The cup winners were carried by CPPTD's former Portsmouth Corporation open-top Leyland Titan bus LRV996 from Fratton Park to Southsea Common where a crowd of 200,000 assembled.

It has become tradition that CPPTD carry a successful Portsmouth FC team through the City since the team gained promotion to the Premiership in 2003.

The 2008 Cup-winning celebration received much coverage in national and local media thereby giving a clear indication of CPPTD's continued existence to interested viewers and readers..
