Portsmouth Corporation 7 - RV6367

Leyland "Titan" TD4 built 1935

English Electric 50 seat open-top double-decker

Owned by: Working Omnibus Museum Project Ltd


Originally delivered as a normal closed top vechicle as no.124. It was converted to open-top in 1955 for use on Southsea Seafront, it is one of 4 similarly treated,the others being RV 6358, RV 6360 & RV 6368, all of which are also in preservation. No. 124 was renumbered no.7 in 1958 and was eventually withdrawn in 1971, passing P.Knighton Tyne & Wear eventually aquired in Somerset.

RV6367 has now moved to Wicor 12th April 2007, there is plenty to do before its restoration is completed, and will be repainted into its original livery.
