4. Notification of items for Any Other Business. (We shall deal with them if
time allows; if not, they will be on the agenda of the next meeting).
5. AGM 2003 - comment is useful soon after.
6. Junior Chess. A meeting of most of those working with junior chess players
should have taken place: if it did, a report will be given.
7. Manchester League and Hartley League. The Fixtures Secretary, Records and
Registrations Secretary and General Secretary will tell us how ready we are to
go into action.
8. Other Reports. Any officer wishing to report will get his chance.
9. Mind Sports Olympiad 2004. This will be held at UMIST 20-30 August 2004.
Chess played a big part this year and will do next. We can have a bigger input
next year. We need feedback from anyone who attended and to discuss the propo
sals for 2004 that have been put to the President by the organisers, David Levy
and Tony Corfe.
