With her Litter Sisters

Kala litter sister to Jack, was our pick of the litter, she had everything type, movement, an even temperament, we thought, had hoped, that she would be made up to a champion one day.   I remember her first open show at the Cheshire County show, just six month old on the day of the show, she came second to a dog (Mix class's)of just under12mth, but everyone came over & said what a mover. Three days later we went up to Blackpool champ show under the judge Anne Arch, again we came second to a just 12mth old bitch who went on to gain her champion status, again we had people coming over complementing Kala's type, & movement. After the show we headed back to our car, this show was on a farmers field so we had to watch out for cows patch, what we didn't see was the pot holes before we knew it Kala had stepped in to one of these causing  damage to her  cruciate  ligaments.We had her operated on to repair the damage ligament, but it took away her sound movement for ever more. There's a saying, "pride comes before a fall" aint that the truth!!
