  1. Articles of Agreement 4th April 1867, between Robert Sharpe of Courtlands in the parish of East Grinstead in the County of Sussex, Esquire and Lewis Howard of Gresham House, Old Broad Street, London. Payment of debts.

    1. "Estate of William John Sharpe Esquire known as Beullah Spa Villa, Norwood in the county of Surrey (and which said mortgage was created by an indenture dated the 29th October 1862 made between the said William John Sharpe and Ellen Brogden)"

  2. Articles of Agreement 4th April 1867, between Charles James Sharpe of Victoria Street, Westminster, Contractor, and Lewis Howard. Payment of debts.

  3. Indenture 7th September 1873. Paul Wallace Sharpe and William John Sharpe to W. A. Gregory of Leatherhead.

    1. Sharpe owed Gregory £5,300

    2. "Robert Sharpe the elder, now deceased"

    3. "Robert Sharpe the elder died on the twenty fifth day of July 1868, having duly made his will dated the 23rd September 1864

    4. PWS & WJS owed a further £2,150

    5. Gregory accepted 350 shares in the Ebensee Ischl Steg Railway of Austria at the aggregate nominal value of 70,000 florins.
