And whereas I have three sons by my said late husband and they

have an interest in the Manor of Winterbourne Waste in the County of

Dorset held under the Dean and Chapter of Exeter and they have

an interest in a lease granted by the prebenary(?) of the prebend of Stratton

within the Cathedral Church of Salisbury of the Mansion house and lands

situate at Wrackleford in the Parish of Stratton in the County of Dorset

in the occupation of Robert Pattison Esquire or his undertenants now in pursuance

and by force and in exercise of the power or authority to me for this

purpose given by the said will as herein before is mentioned and of every

other power or authority enabling me in this behalf I the said Frances

Louisa Plowman do by this my last will and testament in writing

signed and published by me in the presence of two reliable persons whose

names are intended to be here under written as witnesses attesting my signing

and publishing this my last will and testament appoint….
