This is just a little postscript to the Project

I'd say Redcar has changed quite a bit since 2001, and the place is still too much in flux just yet.

2001 was the year to catch the major changes in the town center really, everything else now is creeping pollyfiller, the problem is now is town is becoming more and more compacted

Any little plot of land is springing up buildings - I don't know if there is any figures on square feet recently built on in the last five years - and I bet it runs at something like 25% .

Right Or Wrong: I don't know, some people are always going to think it wrong, others are always going to think that it's progress.
