An insight into our craft fair. We hold high standard at the fair and will only allow crafters to display items that have been made by themselves. No bought in items are allowed for resale. It is free entry to the fair but people have given a small donation to the upkeep of the village hall. This year over £370 was presented to Sir George Wombwell who accepted it on behalf of the committee at the Christmas fair on the 30th November 2003. Last Year the money presented has been use to re-cover the chairs of the hall. With the help of Brian (JB Waines Cabinet Maker) Renee  (Jules of York) and Stephen (windyplanter) this is now almost completed.

News just in

Our thanks go to Laura Crisp the editorial assistant on The World of Cross Stitching magazine. After looking at the web site she contacted us by e-mail to ask.

“I was wondering if you could give me some more information about the fair taking place at Coxwold Village Hall, Coxwold on 2 and 3 May, so that we could give it a mention. We give each event a write up and usually have a picture so I'd be really grateful if you have one”

“It's going in issue 84, which is our May issue and it will be on sale from 30 March onwards. It's a 3-page feature of new products and events, usually near the front of the magazine.”

We hope you will all go out and get a copy
