Lincoln and District Runners are a friendly local club who meet at North Kesteven Sports Centre, Moor Lane, North Hykeham ,on a Tuesday evening at 7.30 pm. Also on a Thursday evening, at various locations around the city,starting at 7.30 p.m
Lincoln And District Runners were proud to be named Lincolnshire Off Track club of the year 2006
The club pacticipates in road running,cross country,fell and triathlons.
We have an active social side with regular social activities throughout the year,such as an annual summer challenge, which has over the years taken the format of three Peaks, Thames Towpath, North Yorkshire Coastal Path, Wolds Way,Whitby Handicap Weekend and the Northumberland Coastal Route.
Barbeques,Christmas events and other social activities and get togethers.
Our annual race The Witham Ducks and Drakes 10 ,with a Washingborough 5 introduced in 2003 and the Branston Dash in 2005. These races are very popular and well attended with positive feedback from the participants every year.
Our colours are emerald with a black side panel.
We welcome all standards of runner from beginner to experienced marathons aged 18 plus.
