Hello All!

What gorgeous weather we have here in the UK at the minute - it is so beautiful! It is as warm as summer and the ladybirds and butterflies are out in force...so nice indeed, that it has been hard to make myself stay in and actually do some dolls - but needs must, so if you would like to click the Auctions button above, it will take you to what is on offer this week - there is a Celtic Charm Maiden, a Triple Goddess Maiden, and a Gypsy girl, by way of something rather different. So don't forget to have a look!

Apologies for the erratic nature of the appearance of new dolls just lately - life seems to keep getting in the way of creativity at the moment, but - oh there's no point me making excuses - it's just the way it is! how dull life would be if I knew exactly what was going to happen each and every day! So while there may be no particular rhyme or reason to when or why dolls appear, you can rest assured that I will do my best to keep them appearing, as I love making them! You'll just have to check back frequently to make sure I haven't sneaked any on while your back was turned!

I am situated in the UK in Staffordshire (the Creative County), in the heart of the North Midlands and near to the foothills of the Pennines, an urban setting but only a stone’s throw from wild moorlands in one direction and pastoral tranquility in the other.

Now unless you have very selective vision, you must have noticed that there are a couple of pentagrams on this page, and that the vast majority of my dolls have a witchy/pagan/wiccan theme of one kind or another.....what does this mean, I hear you say? That the owner of this site is a wicked practitioner of the black arts who wishes to enslave you all to Beelzebub?

Absolutely NOT! My dolls reflect my belief in the Pagan way of spirituality, with its observance of the ebb and flow of the natural world, respect for nature and the cycle of the seasons, with a little Goddess worship along the way - I wish no-one harm, believe in tolerance and freedom, and despair of the many ways, be they political, religious or otherwise, that mankind has devised to cause discord and strife between all humanity.
