Stephen Saunders is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), well experienced in all aspects of residential property matters. He has over 30 years professional knowledge of the East Midlands property market. His career has included positions in Estate Agency as well as national corporate survey and valuation service organisations.

Since 1993 he has operated as an Independent Chartered Valuation Surveyor from offices in West Bridgford, Nottingham specialising in Building Surveys and Homebuyer Surveys & Valuations. He also acts on behalf of several leading lending institutions offering Mortgage Valuations, and advising on other professional matters concerning residential property throughout the Nottingham area.
