Nene Valley Railway - Sunday 24th May 2009


The Nene Valley Railway has a mix of British and European locomotives and rolling stock.
On the day we were there they were running a two train service. The steam service was hauled by "City of Peterborough".

The Nene Valley Railway is famous as the home of Thomas the Tank Engine, but he is currently minus his chimney and undergoing surgery!
It is also the home to the big brothers of Maxitrak's Sentinel model locomotive.
