Our prayer together involves singing, intercession, and at its heart 'lectio divina' - a meditative way of praying with scripture from the Benedictine tradition.

This way of praying involves recognising the Word of God as living and active. We are invited to stand before God in honesty and humility of heart: to be open, vulnerable and attentive ready to receive from God. Lectio Divina is about a deep listening with our hearts, knowing that God is always communicating with us; that he has a personal and transforming message for us today.
