The villa is located in Spring Hill, Hernando County which is situated in the middle of the Gulf Coast. The temperature averages in the 60's in January and 80's in July. The property is fully air-conditioned and comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large open plan lounge and kitchen with an adjacent dining room. Patio doors from the lounge lead to the pool area which is within a screened enclosure.

The pool is solar-heated. There is a roofed lanai area with a table and chairs for outside dining.
