A copy of the Booking form will be returned as confirmation of the booking. The full address, contact names and a set of keys will be provided before your date of departure.

Bring the keys back to the UK with you and post back to us as soon as possible after your return. The deposit is refundable on return of the house keys and receipt of the telephone account from Southern Bell (approximately 6 - 8 weeks after your return).


Terms and Conditions

Conditions of Hire: The Hiring Contract shall be between the Hirer and the Owner of the property. The booking shall be deemed to be made subject to these Conditions of Hire. The Contract of Hire is not effective until the Hirer receives a written Confirmation of Booking.

Initial Payment: Booking will be confirmed upon receipt by the Owners of the required deposit payment, and the signed Booking Form. However, if the booking is made within eight weeks of the holiday commencement date, the full amount of Rental and Security Deposit will be required on booking.

Security Deposit: A Security Deposit of £100.00 is required to be paid. This is to be held by the Owners as security against return of keys, inventory damage, telephone usage, etc. The Hirer is expected to leave the property clean and tidy, as on arrival. The Owner may deduct an appropriate amount not exceeding £50.00 from the Security Deposit to cover the cost of any excessive cleaning required at the end of the hire period.

Balance Payment: The balance of hire will be due eight weeks before the holiday commencement date. The Owners reserve the right to cancel a holiday where full payment has not been received four weeks prior to the holiday commencement date.

Cancellation of Booking: Once confirmation of booking has been issued by the Owners, the Hirer is responsible for the total price of the booking as shown on the confirmation.

Booking Cancellation: Provided the Owners receive written notice of cancellation not less than ten weeks before the holiday commencement date, the Hirers will not be liable to pay the full balance. The amount of the deposit will, however, be forfeit. If cancellation is notified within ten weeks of the holiday commencement date, the hirer will be liable to pay the full balance of hire unless the Owners are successful in re-letting the holiday. All cancellations must be notified in writing at the earliest opportunity.

Amenities: The use of accommodation and amenities, i.e. Swimming Pool, BBq, etc is entirely at the Hirer's risk and no responsibility can be accepted for injury, or for loss or damage by the user or visitors belongings.

Baggage and Personal Belongings: Baggage and personal belongings are at the Hirer's risk at all times, and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage to any car or its contents.

Party Size: IN NO CIRCUMSTANCES may more than the maximum number of persons (i.e. six) occupy the property, except by prior written agreement with the Owners. THE OWNERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ADMITTANCE IF THIS CONDITION IS NOT OBSERVED.

Hirer's Responsibilities: The Hirer is responsible for the property, and is expected to take all reasonable care of it. All equipment, utensils, etc., must be left clean, and the property must be left clean and tidy at the end of the hire period.

Damage: All damages and breakages are the legal responsibility of the Hirer, and their cost must be refundable on demand. Where the amount concerned is less than £100 it will be deducted by the Owners from the Security Deposit.

Swimming Pool: The Swimming Pool requires no attention, as it is regularly maintained, and the controls are pre-set. Please note, however, that clothing or towels should not be left to blow about in the Swimming Pool area. If they blow into the pool they could clog the filter and cause serious damage to the filter and pump.
