Part 6. Remove Rubber Bungs to see the Flip Hinge. Either

. Push in the black Bit on the Flip hinge (Spring Clip(Push It Hard))

 

Part 7. Remove silver covers on Internal LCD near the bottom there are TWO of them. Beneath are more screws. Remove screws. Slide your finger nails down the seam to release clips and if not done so already, prise up the External LCD cover from the Spring Clip end. Now holding the covers so the earpiece is near you, Pull the top cover toward you and push away the internal LCD cover, to seperate the two covers.

Step 8. Change ALL the bits you require over to your new housing and don't forget your Pesky Magnet. This requires a really narrow screwdriver. Remove the green glue stuff and try and get the screwdriver underneath the magnet as far as you can get it, to prise magnet out.

Step 9. Just put all your bits into the housing and Re-fit housing together again. make sure that your ribbon cable is not going to foul in the Flip Clip and keep an eye your bits of rubber(They tend to fall out)

Step 10. Step back and admire your work. If your main keys don't work make sure that the ribbon cable is connected correctly and your bits of rubber are not fouling up the function of the Keypad.
