Most people tend to forget to moisturise the neck and eye area.   Here you will use special creams/gels designed for the eye and neck area.  You can moisturise the neck with your normal moisturise, but why not every now and again give your skin a treat.  I will go through the procedures with you, as I will talk about the products and how they help in more detail later.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

A good neck cream

Eye gel or cream

EYE PROCEDURE:

• Make sure that you have a good eye gel or cream.
• Take a very small and I mean small amount and place it on your little finger.
• Take your other little finger and split the amount so they are both even.
• Close one eye and carefully dab and lift the finger beneath the eye, starting from the inner corner of the eye, continue all round and over the socket of the eye.
• Then do the other eye.  The gel or cream may feel heavy around you eye, but be sure that it is sinking in, so you are safe to open your eyes.  Just do not go too close to the eye.

NECK PROCEDURE:

• Should you have just cleansed, and toned.  You will then want to moisturise the neck with the neck cream and not your normal moisturiser.  Although you can as I have said earlier.
• Basically, take some neck cream in the palm of your hand and rub both hands together.
• Sweep over the neck from one side to the other in upwards movements from the base of the neck to the jawbone area.  Making sure that you cover all of the neck.  Then you would go onto moisturise your face with your normal moisturiser.
