Very full, round in shape, for application and removal of loose powder. Also dust the face off - prevent clogging the pores.
BLUSHER
BRUSH:
Slightly
flat in shape, more flexible, allowing application of blusher evenly and in
correct position. Also used to
apply dusting of bronzer.
CONTOUR

Similar in shape to blusher brush. The end is straight, used for shaping the face - blending the blushers and shaders.
Fine
tapered end, made from natural hair, holds shape better allowing fine line to be
drawn around the eye.
CONCEALER
BRUSH:
Small
flat paintbrush, for concealing blemishes, areas of pigmentation.
Good for blending eyeliners to soften line.
ANGLED
EYE-SHADOW BRUSH:
Brush
with tip cut off at an angle. Allows
greatest control over placement of eye-shadow on the lids, socket area.

Sponge
applicator, gives more coverage/depth of colour, ideal for blending.
Applies eye-shadow cleanly than a brush, as

sometimes flicks eye-shadow on surrounding area.

Looks
similar to a toothbrush. Used to remove any trace of powder in eyebrow, also brushing
them into shape.
LIPSTICK
BRUSH:
Small
flat and fairly stiff brush, straight edged. Use to outline the lips,
correct their shape and apply colour for a lasting effect.
TWEEZERS:
To
remove stray eyebrow which would spoil application of eye-shadow.
PENCIL
SHARPENER:
Can
be small or large in size depending on size of pencils used.
Preferably metal specially designed for make-up pencils.
TISSUES:
To
protect the face when applying eye make-up, lipsticks.

SPATULA:
Hygienically
remove products e.g. eye-shadows, blushers from containers.
MAKE-UP
PALETTE:

Palette used to mix eye-shadows, lipsticks, place loose powder, foundation and any other cosmetic used.
