I am a qualified hypnotherapist working in Eastcote, Pinner, north west London. I trained at the London College of Clinical Hypnosis, Imperial College, Kensington. I passed the certificate and diploma exams which are independently accredited by the Uni of Greenwich. I am a fully insured associate member of the BSCH.

After some years teaching in Adult Education I was intrigued by students often negative attitudes to their own abilities and potentials. A psychology degree at Birkbeck, London uni, reinforced my view that much of our behaviour is constrained by unconscious and involuntary mental processes.

We may rationalise unproductive habits such as smoking asking ourselves why we are doing this. We may struggle to overcome anxieties and phobias telling ourselves we are being silly. However this conscious, analytical approach is often not successful.

By resolving such problems in the unconscious where they start I am fully convinced that hypnotherapy can offer an effective solution to a wide range of conditions.
