Many people had good memories of Dan. His class at St Paul's sent a Thunderbird card, and a whole book of pictures about Dan.

People wrote wonderful poems, including Jane Wheare and Tony Mitton.

He had various dedications, including a scientific paper in Nature about retinoblastoma by Sam and Nina's father.

Tony Mitton's Roaring Rockets was dedicated to Danny (and Virgil Tracy).
