Somerfied has backed down at the last moment from proceeding with their appeal to sell alcohol. No reason was given by Somerfield. We can only assume that the overwhelming reaction and anger from local residents , local councillors and Police stopped any chance of Somerfied winning their ill conceived appeal.  read more...
