Dr Terrible [Steve Coogan] introduces us to the tale of Nathan Blaze [also Steve Coogan], gentleman inventor and adventurer. Set in London, 1910, the story concerns Blaze's conflict with his arch-enemy, the evil Chinaman Hang Man Chang.

This is a nice parody of the Fu Manchu movies. One character is named Sergeant Rohmer in reference to Fu Manchu's original creator, Sax Rohmer .
