Paige [ Rose McGowan ] is given her first charge - a middle-aged alkie whitelighter named Sam. What she doesn't know is - he's her dad!

A Darklighter wants to kill Sam. And Cole has a secret plan ...

Cole is approached by a couple of magical figures named Avatars. One of them is Tony Todd [ Candyman ], so we know this has to be important.

Darrel is on the track of serial-killer Adrian Paul [ Highlander, Tracker ]. Turns out he reanimates his mumified lover in the bodies of witches, and Phoebe [ Alyssa Milano ] is lined up as the next vic. This is a good excuse to get her into a skimpy costume to do some belly-dancing.

Piper [ Holly Marie Combs ] is heavily pregnant, and unhappy at how it is But the baby makes her indestructible!

Phoebe is sexually frustrated - wearing out the batteries as Paige [ Rose McGowan ] puts it. And Cole is still growing his beard and attempting suicide.

It's also Cole's 100th birthday. He joins the Avatars, and wishes that Paige was never born. Not unlike the Buffy S3 ep The Wish

Unfortunately, Cole's plan is fundamentally flawed.
