Legal

In July 2000 Reboot saw a solicitor to explore possible legal action that could be taken. One point that came out of this was that no private (individual or organisation) would be able to take on the worlds biggest company. In other words it the government(s) is the only organisation able to bear the cost such an action. Another point was that it would unlikely to get legal aid if the OFT did not take action.

Reboot does believe that private actions in small cases related to the problem could work.
