This is a scene from one of the "lost" Doctor Who episodes from the
cancelled 1986 season.
This scene comes from the unfinished episode "planet of the badgers" Part 3.
Here the Doctor (Colin Baker) confronts the badger mastermind and trys to stop him
activating his army of mechanical badgers.
