Mark
I first met my husband Mark in 1988, through my brother Pete. I still remember the very first time I saw him; he walked into my Mum's living room with Pete, and although I tried not to show it, I just knew that I wanted to be with him and from that point on I've been head over heels. We have been married for 8 years now, and despite our little up's and down's we are as strong as ever with 2 lovely kids.
Mark also has a silly sense of humour and often makes me and the kids laugh (and groan lol) at his daft jokes and silly antics.
Mark is like his Dad (Jim) in many ways, not least of which is is reputation as a very hard worker. Unlike his father though he has a bit of a reputation as a D.I.Y disaster lol. His disasters include: hitting himself over the head with a sledge hammer (don't ask lol), cutting through an electric cable with the hedge trimmers and sawing halfway through his hand with a hand saw! He tries his best though and gradually he is getting much better lol.
He has similar hobbies to myself including, computers, reading and most of all PlayStation games. He is also a confirmed TV addict, as he can't walk into a room without turning the television on!
He is a wonderful husband and I'm very lucky to have found a guy like him. He will do anything to help and he is a very kind and caring man. He has been very good to me over the years and I know I'd struggle to find anyone more devoted than him. I love Mark with all my heart, and I'm very proud of him (after all....Not many men would put up with me for so long! lol)
