As you may have gathered from the main pages of the site, Bilbo is the inspiration behind Long Eaton Pet Search. He very sadly went missing from my home in Long Eaton on the 23rd of November 2001, and having tried everything I could think of to find him, I decided to create my own pet search site (this site) in Bilbo's honour and in the hopes of finding him and helping other people in the same situation. I love him dearly as I watched him being born and grow into the beautiful young scamp he is. If anyone reading this thinks they may have seen him or has any information at all, no matter how small, please, please get in touch as losing this special little man has truly broken my heart.
Bilbo's mother and sister also miss him very much as does the whole family. I now think it may be possible that someone might have seen Bilbo and thinking he was a stray, taken him in. If this is the case I would like to thank whoever is taking care of him, but also ask them to please get in touch with me as not knowing anything at all is very hard indeed. He is such an affectionate and playful little thing that I can understand how someone would fall in love with him, but please I ask if you do think you know where he is let me know! After all if it wasn't for him this site would never have been created. And finally a word to Bilbo himself (ok, ok I know he can't read but what the heck!.......) We all love and miss you with all our hearts Bobo baby, please come home soon! We are also offering a reward for any information that leads to his safe return.
