If you need comctl32.ocx, you can get the file here: comctl32ocx.zip

Extract the OCX file into the same folder as MAME Player, or your Window's system folder
E.g. for XP: C:\WINDOWS\system32


If you need gdiplus.dll, you can get it below (XP comes shipped with it). For Windows 2000,
Windows ME and Windows 98, extract gdiplus.dll into the same folder as MAME Player, not into
the system directory of Windows.
