Welcome to Leeds Volleyball Club
Founded in 1973, the club is based at University of Leeds Western Campus (Gryphon Sports Centre) and enjoys some of the best facilities of the country. We have two cushioned taraflex courts at our disposition and we can offer both training and teams to suit any ability and any age.
The club supports two mens teams (one in National League 3 North and one in Yorkshire Premier) and three womens teams (one in National League 1, one in National League 3 North and one in Yorkshire Premier).

New for 2008/2009 is the move to a new purpose built facility at Leeds University.
Leeds VC and Leeds University have established a partnership to grow volleyball participation in Leeds. So if you are interested in giving volleyball a try or are returning to the sport then get in touch with us via the contacts page.
Leeds VC is always open for new players of all abilities. This year sees the club with more teams than ever before in its history.
Participation is at its highest level for many years with teams representing the club at national and regional levels in mens and womens volleyball.

Leeds 1 Men remain unbeaten with a second double win against Nottingham Rockets and Barnsley putting them joint top of the league table!
Leeds Ladies 1 also remain unbeated with their second win of the season and
Leeds Garforth Juniors celebrate their first win against York juniors.

Leeds 1 Men start their new season in National Division 3 North by celebrating a double win at thier first triangular against East Midlands Lions and York!

New Leeds based company 'Creative Publications' join existing Leeds VC sponsor Mach Recruitment ltd by sponsoring the new kit for the Ladies 2nd team. This starts an exciting affiliation with the up and coming sports publication firm.
10.09.2009 - Garfoth Junior Training
2009/10 season training for the Garfoth Juniors and Adult beginners begins on Friday 18th September. See junior section for details.

03.11.2008 - Gryphon Sports Centre Opens
The University of Leeds newly refurbished Gryphon Sports Centre opened on Monday 3rd November. All home fixtures and the majority of training will now be hosted at this venue. For directions click here.

Leeds VC has a new home. 
We are pleased to announce that Leeds VC has struck a partnership with Leeds University. As a result, for the season 2008/09 we will move to the Leeds University Sport Centre. More news to follow.
