Our purpose in designing a Team Due Diligence service was to add more value to investors by reducing their investment risk and increasing the chance of a profitable, timely exit.

Our first priority is to understand what the investor wants from the Team Due Diligence process and to work with them to define the form they want the output to take.

Our report is usually divided into four sections ;-

1. The Senior Management Team– an assessment based on a Personality Profile and 360 degree behaviour analysis of each member of the top team

2. The Business Plan – we encourage the team to develop their existing plan and express it in the desired format of the investor. We recommend that this includes clear, SMART objectives for each member of the SMT which, together, add up to the overall business objectives for the plan period. We develop and rehearse the SMT so that, at the completion of the exercise, each member can present their personal objectives to an investor team and answer any concerns they may have. We call this process the Business Plan Pressure Test

3. Recommended Key Performance Indicators – As we carry out the Due Diligence we develop a list of the KPIs we recommend for the business

4. Key Concerns – Any issues that we believe should be checked out are listed
