Sarah is an executive and organizational coach and consultant who has spent the last fourteen years supporting CEOs and top teams as they develop and grow their businesses, or turn them around, through developing and growing their people.
Her approach is to work proactively with the current and future needs of an organisation and, avoiding formulaic solutions, find ways of unleashing the huge potential of their people and their innate ability to perform at the highest levels; to create the difference that makes the real difference.
She believes passionately in the brilliance of people and recognises the importance of aligning that brilliance with the Vision and Values of a business to create real and lasting value both for the individual and the organisation.
She draws on classic and new business models for strategy and change, communication and learning tools and techniques derived from humanistic psychology, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and a broad range of learning theories including Accelerated Learning to inform her work.
She has been a senior manager in Education, still works in an advisory capacity on a number of MBA programmes and is a guest lecturer on the Birmingham University International MBA as well as running NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner courses, speaking at conferences and writing articles for a number of business magazines.
