A very experienced company director, coach and personal mentor, inspirational and creative leader of large, medium and small businesses, with multi-sector expertise at chief executive level.

Experience as a coach

• Nearly ten years personal coaching mainly at Chairman or Managing Director level with in excess of 100 clients past and present.
• Involvement in businesses ranging in turnover from £1m to £4bn in the Public and Private sectors and across all sectors of industry and commerce.

• Managing Director - The Academy for Chief Executives.
• Chaired 3 groups of CEO’s (42 members) - TEC International in UK
• Led M.B.I of Lexterten Holdings, with two Venture Capitalists and Nat West.Plc.
• Participated in the M.B.I of Era Group Plc as Group Managing Director elect.
• Booker Divisional Director and Chairman of 8 businesses in U.K. France & N America.
• Founding Managing Director of Holland & Barrett and ten years later Chairman.
• Managing Director (27) of a £7m retail subsidiary of Booker Plc, a top FTSE 100 company.
