Peter is a highly experienced coach across a range of businesses in both private and public sectors. He works with leaders and senior managers, helping them clarify and achieve their personal and professional goals.

He has an extensive knowledge of business in leadership gained over 25 years. Having worked as a leader in industry and an executive coach, he has a real understanding of the organisational and business environment, and its impact on leaders. Peter’s individual and team coaching programmes recognise the challenges and opportunities this brings to individuals.

Peter trained as a coach with International Teaching Seminars (ITS), recognised by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He then joined The Change Partnership, one of the UK’s top executive coaching companies, before establishing Peter Kent Associates in 2003.

Peter held a variety of senior leadership roles in ICI, both in the UK and Asia. This included, as Director of Operations, leading change to create organisations that delivered world-class teams and world class performance. He has led operations, commercial, finance, major projects and research.
