Leadership Development


Most companies recognise the value of training for their employees and managers. There are, however, many who have not yet put in place a rigorous process to develop their current and future leaders.

Our purpose is to provide you with a way of evaluating how each leader’s performance can be improved even further to meet the challenges of tomorrow.

Consider the following ;-

  • One or two entrepreneurs can take a company just so far then they have to start handing over to others.


  • You may think your top team know all the answers – but are they the answers to tomorrow’s questions or yesterday's ?


  • Even if you have a good top team, perhaps they could be even better.


  • Do you know what they need to develop and how best to help them, bearing in mind their preferred learning style ?


  • Is there a good balance between the amount of time and money you spend developing your management team and your leadership team ?

Typically, we might run some assessments, perhaps on management skills, some profiling, a 360 degree assessment and put these together with your existing subjective and objective information on performance and style. Results are fed back to each individual and Personal Development Plans are put together to develop them.

It may be appropriate to do some work with the whole team/Board together to check how well it is working and to search out and plan improvements where required. We may be able to ;-

1. Shorten meetings
2. Make meetings more effective and focused
3. Improve communication
4. Add strategic focus
5. Remove many frustrations and culture problems

It may also be helpful in some cases to develop a clear strategic business plan where none is currently in place.

Sometimes we may be able to deliver some of the required interventions such as executive coaching and certain leadership training and development seminars. Membership of a peer Leadership Group such as the MLG may be a good option for some people. In other situations we can help source the best services and manage the programme to ensure the required results are obtained.
