During the past 8 years I have worked with many clients ranging from major Public companies to SMEs. The variety of clients has given me a privileged position in coaching and advising in many different industry sectors. I work with individual Executives seeking Personal Development as well as Boards of Directors and Management Teams who need to improve their level of performance.

Following a career with two major international companies [ Thorn Electrical Industries and Philips Industries ] I founded my own business in the early 80’s. The company grew into a multi millions pound international operation. What a helter skelter ride it was – it was surely one of the best business learning curves you could ever want and has given me a considerable wealth of experience in all aspects of business management. It was tough, extremely demanding , and in a very competitive market tested my leadership skills. It was also good fun.
